• Return claims (including for replacement products, refunds or credits) are detailed in Healthy Goji Clinic Returns Policy. The Returns Policy is expressly incorporated in these Product Purchase Terms. Please refer to this policy to determine your entitlement to a return, and the process that you need to follow.

Change of mind returns

• For the safety and well-being of all our customers, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind. We only offer refunds or exchanges for products that are confirmed to be faulty.

Exchanges

• We do not offer exchanges unless a product is confirmed to be faulty. If you wish to exchange a faulty product you must contact us via info@janechan.com.au
